This data enables our specialized AI agents to deliver personalized insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Analysis Results and Reports: Our system generates and stores visibility scores, competitive analysis reports, hallucination detection results, optimization recommendations, and historical trend data. This information forms your analytical dashboard and enables ongoing monitoring services.
  • Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect standard technical information including IP addresses, browser types, device information, usage patterns, and platform interaction data. This helps us maintain service quality, prevent fraud, optimize performance, and improve our agentic AI algorithms.
  • Payment Information: Payment data is securely processed by our third-party provider (LemonSqueezy). We store only necessary billing information such as subscription plans, billing dates, and transaction references - never full payment card details.

3. How We Use and Share Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following business purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Our agentic AI system uses your company data to query AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) for visibility analysis, competitive benchmarking, and hallucination detection. We only access publicly available AI platform responses and do not share your email address or proprietary business information with these platforms.
  • Platform Operation: We use your information to maintain account security, process subscriptions, generate analytical reports, provide dashboard access, and deliver our monitoring services according to your subscription tier.
  • Customer Communication: We use your contact information for essential service communications including analysis results, security notifications, billing updates, and customer support responses. Marketing communications are opt-in only.
  • Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us enhance our agentic AI algorithms, improve analysis accuracy, and develop new platform features.
