The purpose of this engagement is to signal the existence, relevance, and content of your URLs to these AI platforms. Service performance and processing logs are available on your user dashboard.

2. Disclaimers and Acknowledgment of AI Limitations

The field of artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving. By using our Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following inherent limitations:

No Control Over Third Parties: We do not own, operate, or have any control over the third-party LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Perplexity). Their internal algorithms, indexing schedules, training data, and content policies are complex, proprietary, and subject to change at any time without notice.
No Guarantee of Indexing or Specific Results: While our Service is designed to significantly increase the probability of your content being noticed by AIs, we do not and cannot guarantee that any third-party LLM will index, cite, rank, or use your URL in any specific way or for any specific query.
Probabilistic and Unpredictable Nature: AI-generated responses are probabilistic. We cannot guarantee that your URL, even if consumed by an AI, will be used as a source in response to any particular user query.
Proof of Service: The tangible service we provide is the execution of our automated agent's engagement process. Our fulfillment of this service is evidenced by the "Last Engagement" timestamp for your submitted URL as displayed on your dashboard. This timestamp is our proof of work.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for the URLs and any associated contextual text you submit to the Service. You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Service, including our website, branding, and the underlying code for our Submission Agents, is the exclusive property of AI Rank Now and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you submit via our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Payment, Fees, and Subscription

You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected subscription plan. All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, and it will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Our refund policy is detailed in a separate document and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
