4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Each "analysis" represents a full multi-agent orchestration cycle where all six AI agents work together to audit your brand, detect hallucinations, analyze competitors, calculate scores, and generate optimization strategies. Usage limits reset monthly, and our intelligent system optimizes query prioritization to maximize insight value within your plan limits.

7. Payment, Fees, and Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected subscription plan. All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support, and your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Our 30-day money-back guarantee and refund policy are detailed in a separate document and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Data Usage and Privacy
