We stand by our work with a simple guarantee. The tangible service we provide is the execution of our automated submission process. We provide proof of this work through the "Last Engagement" timestamp on your dashboard.

Our guarantee is as follows: If you subscribe to a paid plan and we fail to process a newly submitted URL and update its "Last Engagement" timestamp within **60 days** of the submission date, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription payment for that 60-day period.

It is important to understand what this guarantee covers. As outlined in our Terms of Service, the world of AI is complex and constantly changing. Therefore:
